Alliance Land Resources, LLC is seeking experienced Title Landmen to work as independent contractors on a project basis. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in oil and gas land work or a PLM degree, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research county records (online or in person) to determine surface, mineral and leasehold ownership.
• Perform in-house due diligence via digital records and identify title or contractual deficiencies requiring curative action.
• Prepare professional and efficient runsheets and title reports using client-approved templates or software.
• Conduct any additional research necessary to provide complete and accurate title reports within project scope, which may include surface, mineral, royalty and/or complex HBP title.
• Communicate effectively regarding any issues or needs that arise.
• Meet deadlines and billing expectations with professionalism and integrity.
