Responsibilities

• Accurately calculate and confirm mineral, royalty, overriding royalty, and working interests.
• Analyze and interpret legal documents, including deeds, leases, and contracts.
• Prepare ownership reports, title runsheets, and calculations.
• Review title and ownership records to identify inconsistencies and suggest corrective measures.
• Present audit findings in a clear and professional manner to both internal teams and external clients.
• Keep detailed and well-organized records of ownership verification.
• Operate independently while adhering to defined procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Landman or in a comparable role within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of mineral and leasehold ownership, as well as title analysis.
• Skilled in preparing title runsheets and mineral ownership reports.
