The Claremont Colleges Services seeks a Title IX Investigator to assess reports of Title IX and related misconduct, conduct timely investigations, and prepare comprehensive reports. The role collaborates with Title IX Coordinators across The Claremont Colleges and ensures adherence to policy and law.

The position requires knowledge of Title IX, Cal Ed Code, and related regulations, plus strong interviewing, documentation, and confidentiality skills.

Formación

• Knowledge of applicable state and federal discrimination/harassment laws including Title IX
• Ability to conduct impartial investigations and interview parties/witnesses
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Experience drafting investigation reports and policy correspondence
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough, impartial investigations of Title IX and related misconduct
• Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses; document all interviews
• Gather evidence and maintain confidential case files
• Draft investigation reports and final findings for policy compliance
• Coordinate with Title IX Coordinators across colleges to ensure timely progress
• Provide policy training and education as needed
