Santa Clara University seeks an EEO/Title IX Investigator to lead investigations into sexual misconduct, discrimination, and retaliation involving students, faculty, or staff. Under the Director, you will ensure compliance with federal and state civil rights laws and SCU policies, producing thorough, credible written analyses.

Duties include interviewing witnesses, collecting evidence, drafting timely reports, and maintaining confidentiality.

Formación

• Comprehensive knowledge of nondiscrimination laws in higher education.
• Investigation and interview techniques with witness credibility assessment.
• Trauma-informed interviewing with neutrality.
• Excellent written reports with analyses.
• Ability to manage a significant caseload.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct prompt, thorough investigations and draft reports.
• Interview parties and witnesses, gather and secure data.
• Maintain confidentiality per policies and regulations.
• Assist in education, training, and outreach activities.
