Job summary

Covista seeks an ONA Coordinator to support non-discrimination and Title IX compliance across multiple institutions. You will handle intake, explain investigation steps, and document processes while coordinating with Legal, HR, and SIT teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of higher education compliance, and superb communication skills. A strong candidate works independently and maintains confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred or graduate degree.
• 3+ years of higher education compliance experience in Title IX/ADA and related roles.
• Excellent written and oral communication, professionalism, diplomacy, and active listening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake of matters submitted to ONA and manage responses.
• Explain investigation process for Title IX and non-discrimination matters.
• Maintain documentation and assist with case management and trainings.
• Support investigations under relevant policies and coordinate with SIT teams.
• Organize communications, newsletters, and web pages for ONA.
