Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years investigating/resolving sexual misconduct, discrimination, harassment or equivalent Title IX program experience.
• Experience designing, delivering Title IX trainings (workshops, webinars, compliance briefings).
• Ability to maintain meticulous documentation and produce compliant reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Title IX Coordinator for UNT Health Fort Worth.
• Ensure prompt, equitable, and impartial Title IX processes for all community members.
• Lead investigation oversight, grievance processes, and informal resolutions where applicable.
• Develop training and education programs; manage communications and resources on Title IX rights and processes.
• Prepare quarterly/compliance reports and monitor regulatory changes.
