Responsibilities

• Perform QA reviews of Title IV-E eligibility determinations for foster care, adoption, subsidized guardianship, and prevention services.
• Review case documentation for accuracy and compliance with state and federal rules.
• Identify trends, provide corrective actions, and monitor outcomes for audits and program reviews.
• Communicate QA findings and collaborate with staff to ensure consistent application of requirements.
