Job summary

Seamenssociety in New York is hiring a Foster Care QA/QI Coordinator. This role involves monitoring program performance through quality assurance activities and collaborating with management to enhance child welfare best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years working in a similar QA/QI role.
• Experience within foster care, child welfare, or human services.
• Knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement Methodology.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
• Co-lead monthly Performance Meetings with management.
• Develop visual platforms to share data and improve performance.
• Support audits and provide statistical analysis.
• Review monthly metrics for accuracy and share data.
• Manage communication with ACS Office of Special Investigation.
• Conduct case record reviews to evaluate safety and well-being.
• Work cross-departmentally to ensure continuum of care.
