Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking an experienced Settlement Officer to join a well-established title company serving the Princeton and Robbinsville, NJ areas. The role focuses on conducting real estate closings, coordinating with lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers, and delivering exceptional client service throughout the settlement process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and able to build lasting relationships within the real estate

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Title Insurance Producer License.
• Active Notary Public certification.
• Experience conducting real estate closings and settlements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions with accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential and commercial real estate closings.
• Prepare, review, and finalize settlement and closing documents.
• Coordinate transactions with agents, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers.
• Guide clients through the closing process and answer related questions.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and referral partners.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities within the market.
• Ensure all transactions remain compliant with state regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the settlement process.
