Job summary

Viterbo University seeks a Title III Grant Coordinator to support the implementation and day-to-day coordination of Title III grant activities. The role works with the Title III Project Lead to ensure initiatives stay on schedule and aligned with objectives, manage data collection and reporting, and assist with compliance and monitoring.

This is a twelve-month, full-time, benefit-eligible, grant-funded position with an anticipated five-year duration, contingent on continued funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience with federal grants, grant compliance, or grant reporting preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects through planning, implementation, and evaluation phases preferred.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant activities across campus in conjunction with the Title III Project Lead.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress toward grant objectives and communicate needs, challenges, or delays.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up related to grant activities and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Maintain organized records of grant activities, decisions, deliverables, and supporting documentation.
