• Build positive relationships with students grounded in respect, enthusiasm, achievement, and self-determination.
• Participate in collaborative curriculum development and grade-level activities.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Analyze student achievement data to inform instructional responses.
• Improve instructional practices using the school's teacher performance rubric.
• Be accountable for students' mastery of academic standards.
• Participate in professional development and staff meetings.
