Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an education-related field.
• GaPSC Certification at Level 5 or higher in content area or related field.
• Coaching endorsement required or must be obtained within two years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with teachers to design, implement, and assess literacy instruction based on data and best practices.
• Provides modeling, co-teaching, and feedback to improve instructional practices.
• Conducts classroom observations to identify areas for growth and provide targeted coaching.
• Leads professional development sessions on literacy instruction techniques, standards, and assessments.
• Supports PLCs and differentiates instruction to meet diverse student needs, including ELL and SPED.
