Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or higher with specialization related to assignment area.
• Bachelor's degree in education with two years leadership experience at state/district level.
• Desirable degree in systemic change, school improvement, fiscal management, or administration.

Responsibilities

• Supports Title I, Part A program administration at the state level.
• Monitors and evaluates program and fiscal implementation for compliance.
• Provides training and professional development to program managers statewide.
• Drafts and coordinates contracts, MOAs and MOUs for program initiatives.
• Assists with reporting to Board, Legislature and U.S. Department of Education.
