Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration with HR specialization.
• Substitution: Bachelor's + 2 years HR experience.
• Desired Education: Accounting/finance and organizational studies coursework.
• Experience: Four years in professional HR, including one year in education.
• Desired Experience: Management analysis, operations research, accounting, or related.
• Combined Education and Experience may be acceptable per DOE.

Responsibilities

• Assists with development, implementation, and management of Title II A funds distribution.
• Monitors and audits fund usage for grant compliance and spending.
• Provides technical assistance and training on Title II A funds.
• Analyzes Title II A funds and assists in reporting expenditures for audits.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
