Job summary

The Washoe County School District seeks a Title I Program Manager to lead compliance, funding, and program administration for Title I initiatives. You will supervise Title I staff, oversee school-wide programs, and coordinate with the Nevada Department of Education to ensure proper funding and reporting.

Collaborating with district and school leaders, you will align Title I resources with strategic plans, support school improvement efforts, and ensure adherence to federal supplement-not-supplant

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in School Administration, Business Management, Public Administration or related field.
Minimum of three (3) years with federal Title I and/or grant administration experience.
Experience in governmental organization or as school leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

Plans, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates Title I programs and initiatives.
Supervises Title I staff, projects, and program activities.
Oversees Title I school-wide programs and budgets and monitors district programs.
Supports after-school and extended learning program administration and evaluation.
Monitors compliance with federal/state regulations and grant requirements.
Collaborates with district leaders to align Title I resources with strategic goals.
