Job summary

BridgePrep Academy Osceola in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Teacher's Aide (Paraprofessional) to support lead teachers, deliver targeted interventions, and help create a rigorous, inclusive learning environment for Title I students.

You will work under a certified lead teacher on small-group and 1-on-1 instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics, while helping maintain data records and classroom routines. A strong communicator and team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold an Associate’s Degree or higher (or 60 credits) to satisfy Title I requirements.
• Have completed at least 60 semester hours (2 years of study) at an accredited college or university.
• Possess a passing score (464 or higher) on the ETS ParaPro Assessment.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED complemented by college credits/ParaPro.

Responsibilities

• Targeted Title I Interventions: deliver explicit small-group and 1-on-1 instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Classroom & Behavior Management: uphold behavior management system to foster a safe, orderly learning environment.
• Data & Record Keeping: maintain student data and track progress toward goals.
• Material Preparation: assist with data-driven instructional materials and displays.
• Strong Communication & Compliance: communicate with families and maintain FERPA confidentiality.
