Job summary

BridgePrep Academy seeks a dedicated Teacher's Aide (Paraprofessional) to support lead teachers in Title I interventions at Saint Cloud Elementary School. Qualifications

• Hold an Associate's Degree or have 60 semester hours at an accredited college or university, OR a passing score on the ETS ParaPro Assessment.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED (with college credits or ParaPro).
• ParaPro test score of 464 or higher is preferred.
• Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver explicit small-group and 1-on-1 instruction in reading, writing, and math under supervision.
• Implement BridgePrep's behavior management system to keep a safe, orderly learning environment.
• Maintain student data and assist with Title I compliance documentation and records.
• Prepare data-driven instructional materials and colorful classroom displays.
• Communicate with families and maintain student confidentiality under FERPA.
