Job summary

BridgePrep Academy North Miami Beach seeks a dedicated Teacher's Aide (Paraprofessional) to support lead teachers with targeted interventions and a rigorous, inclusive environment for Title I students.

You will deliver small-group and 1-on-1 instruction, manage classroom behavior, help track progress, and prepare instructional materials, while maintaining FERPA confidentiality and strong communication with families.

Qualifications

• Must meet Title I educational criteria: Associate's Degree or 60 credit hours or ParaPro score 464+.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED with college credits or ParaPro.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compliance: Pass Level 2 background screening.
• Preferred: FAST reading interventions experience.

Responsibilities

• Targeted Title I Interventions: deliver small-group and 1-on-1 instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Classroom & Behavior Management: uphold BridgePrep's behavior management system with fidelity.
• Data & Record Keeping: maintain student data and progress toward goals.
• Material Preparation: prepare instructional materials and displays.
• Strong Communication & Compliance: build relationships with families and maintain FERPA confidentiality.
