Job summary

BridgePrep Academy Saint Cloud Elementary School in Florida is seeking a Teacher's Aide (Paraprofessional) to support lead teachers, deliver targeted Title I interventions, and foster a rigorous, inclusive learning environment where students can grow.

Under certified supervision, you will assist with small-group and 1-on-1 instruction, manage classroom behavior, help track student progress, prepare instructional materials, and communicate with families while safeguarding student confidentiality

Qualifications

• Hold an Associate’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution, OR
• Have completed at least 60 semester hours (2 years) at an accredited college or university, OR
• Possess a passing score (464 or higher) on the ETS ParaPro Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Targeted Title I interventions: deliver explicit small-group and 1-on-1 instruction in reading, writing, and math under supervision.
• Classroom and behavior management: uphold behavior systems to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
• Data and record keeping: track progress toward goals and assist with Title I compliance documentation.
• Material preparation: create instructional materials and displays with lead teachers.
• Strong communication and FERPA compliance: communicate with families and protect student confidentiality.
