Job summary

Responsive Education Solutions is seeking a Title I Instructional Aide to assist campus staff in delivering accelerated instruction and helping achieve school goals. Responsibilities include working with students, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting instructional activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and a Texas Instructional Aide Certificate or the ability to obtain one upon hire. Candidates must meet one of two criteria: an associate degree or 48 credit hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas Instructional Aide Certificate or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Must meet one of the two options: an Associate's degree or 48 credit hours completed.

Responsibilities

• Work with individual students or small groups to conduct instructional activities as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly work environment.
• Assist in supervising students throughout the school day as needed.
• Assist in the maintenance of administrative records and preparation of reports as required.
• Assist in inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment as assigned.
• Assist in preparing materials/displays for instruction or campus operations.
• Participate in staff development programs, faculty meetings, and special events, as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
