Job summary

Responsive Education Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Hourly Title I Instructional Aide at Premier High School of Pflugerville, TX to support classroom instruction and student achievement.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a Texas Instructional Aide Certificate (or ability to obtain), and either an Associate's degree or 48 credit hours. English communication skills are essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid TexasInstructional AideCertificate or ability to obtain upon hire
• Must meet 1 of the 2 following criteria: Associate's degree, OR48 credit hours from an accredited institution of higher learning
• Ability to work well with children, parents, and school staff
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with individual students or small groups to conduct instructional activities as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly work environment.
• Assist in supervising students throughout the school day as needed.
• Assist in the maintenance of administrative records and preparation of reports as required.
• Assist in inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment as assigned.
• Assist in preparing materials/displays for instruction or campus operations.
• Participate in staff development programs, faculty meetings, and special events, as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
