Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a Texas Instructional Aide Certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Must meet one of: an Associate’s degree OR 48 college credits from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instructional activities with individual students or small groups.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist in maintaining a neat and orderly work environment.
• Supervise students as needed throughout the school day.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining administrative records.
• Assist with inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment.
