Clear Creek ISD MCWHIRTER ELEM - Webster, Texas is seeking a Title 1 Academic Support Teacher to strengthen Tier I instruction and deliver targeted Tier II interventions. The role involves direct work with students, collaboration with teachers, PLCs, leadership, and families to improve outcomes for all student populations, including Emergent Bilingual students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Texas teaching certificate required or preferred.
• ESL certification and/or master's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Tier I instruction, Tier II intervention, RTI, and data use.
• Understanding of EB strategies and Title I requirements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Co-teach and provide Tier I support to strengthen instruction.
• Deliver Tier II intervention using district materials and strategies.
• Provide push-in/pull-out Tier II support based on need.
• Monitor progress of all student sub-populations, including EB students.
• Track growth and adjust interventions based on data.
• Align Tier I standards with Tier II materials and targets.
• Give timely feedback to teachers to improve practice.
• Collaborate with PLCs, families, and campus leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Title I reporting and documentation.
• Stay current with district curriculum and RTI requirements.
