Job summary

Clear Creek ISD MCWHIRTER ELEM in Webster, Texas seeks a Title I Academic Support Teacher (RLA) to strengthen Tier I instruction and deliver Tier II interventions. You will collaborate with teachers, PLCs, campus leadership, and families to improve outcomes for EB students and all student populations, aligning with Title I goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, Texas teaching certification, and experience with RTI and data-driven instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate.
• ESL certification preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-teach and support lesson implementation to strengthen Tier I.
• Provide direct Tier II intervention using district materials.
• Deliver Tier II through push-in and pull-out models.
• Monitor sub-populations including EB students and high-focus groups.
• Track growth and adjust intervention plans with data.
• Maintain crosswalk between Tier I standards and intervention materials.
• Provide timely feedback to teachers to improve practice.
• Support PLCs with data analysis and planning.
