• Knowledge of effective intervention practices, progress-monitoring strategies, and the implementation of district-approved instructional intervention programs.

Responsibilities

• Student support in small groups in collaboration with the classroom teacher.
• Plan and prepare diverse learning activities considering each student's culture and needs.
• Utilize district-approved materials to support learning objectives.
• Review and analyze student data to monitor progress and adjust intervention plans.
• Provide intervention support with effective implementation across classrooms.
• Maintain a positive, safe learning environment and encourage active student engagement.
