Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review transaction documents and title commitments for discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Escrow Officers in pre-closing processes to deliver required items.
• Analyze title issues and collaborate with underwriters to resolve defects.
• Enter and manage transaction data including fees, taxes, and payoffs.
• Prepare deeds, discharges, and POAs for closing.
