Job summary

Golden Dog Title, a Dream Finders Homes company, seeks a dynamic Title & Escrow Business Development Professional to grow our market presence and build lasting relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders and other referral partners.

The role blends sales strategy with escrow expertise, requiring an Active Escrow Officer License and proven experience in title insurance or real estate services. Base salary is $50,000 with commission; travel for meetings is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Escrow Officer License is required.
• 2+ years in business development, sales or relationship management.
• Proven experience in title insurance, escrow, or real estate services.
• Strong network of industry contacts preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources (agents, brokers, lenders, builders, etc.).
• Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for clients and prospects by leveraging escrow and title expertise.
• Coordinate with internal escrow teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client experience.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
• Track sales activity and provide regular reporting on performance metrics.
• Contribute to strategic planning and marketing initiatives in collaboration with leadership.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional who is also a Licensed Escrow Officer to grow our market presence and cultivate long-term relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, attorneys, and other referral partners. This role blends sales strategy with escrow expertise, making it ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building and understands the title process inside and out.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
