Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing experience in a car dealership environment.
• ADP familiarity and basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of DMV/paperwork processes is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail for accurate title and tax documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare paperwork for titling of new, used and wholesale transactions.
• Ensure retail transactions are processed timely and accurately.
• Prepare and submit tax and title documents to the state DMV.
• Provide administrative support and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Follow up on payoffs and lien releases; keep paperwork organized.
