Job summary

IAA Holdings, LLC (IAA) is seeking a Title Specialist to secure documents for vehicle title transfer applications and to communicate with customers and owners. The role requires adherence to state requirements and collaboration with internal systems.

The specialist will review documents, resolve discrepancies, handle inquiries, and ensure accurate title entry in the IAA system. Prior state title processing experience and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years state/national title processing experience.
• 2-3 years title and salvage title knowledge.
• Maintaining customer databases.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Typical Field Office Environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process documentation for title processing and related tasks.
• Process incoming salvage titles from multiple states and set for sale.
• Stay updated on title regulations and salvage laws across states.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to external/internal partners.
• Enter title information into the IAA operating system and maintain records.
