Job summary

Old Republic Title in South Florida is seeking an Agency Support Trainer located in office and can be based out of any of our South Florida locations. The role blends training and support for the title and closing software platform, onboarding users and streamlining workflows.

You will deliver engaging software training sessions, support users on functionality, act as SME, and lead sessions across different user levels both in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• Three years of participation in real estate closings
• Three years using real estate software (Qualia, RamQuest, ResWare preferred)
• Two years of education and training experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging software-focused training sessions during onboarding and beyond to support software adoption
• Provide knowledge of software functionality to increase efficiency within workflows
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the software platform and confidently lead training across user levels
• Proficiently facilitate virtual training sessions using webinar platforms
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the evolving software platform
• Evaluate workflow processes to recommend software enhancements
• Dependable, punctual attendance may include in-office and off-hours events
• Ability to travel in-state and out-of-state, overnight and extended travel
