Job summary

First Source Title is seeking a Client Support Manager to lead the client service and closing-support team. This on-site and remote role will hire, train, and guide reps while ensuring adherence to underwriter protocols and service standards.

We offer a base salary and a benefits package including a 401(k) with 5% match, medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO and holidays. If you have Florida title experience and can move into a leadership role, this is your step up.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in closing, title processing, or mortgage client service.
• Hands-on experience with title software such as ResWare.
• Calm, clear problem-solving when a closing week gets loud.

Responsibilities

• You'll hire, train, and lead our on-site and remote support reps and closing assistants.
• You'll be the escalation point when a file is at risk - order entry, curative issues, processing delays, urgent buyer and seller questions.
• You'll keep our top-producing brokerages and lending partners confident in us, and you'll ensure everything we do meets standards and underwriter protocols.
