Job summary

Old Republic Title in South Florida seeks an Agency Support Trainer to deliver engaging software training for title agents and internal teams. You will support onboarding, enable users to efficiently use closing software, and bridge business needs with technical teams.

You will train across levels, lead virtual sessions, stay current with the platform, and travel as needed to support multiple Florida locations, with a focus on accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Three years of participation in real estate closings and related activities.
• Three years using real estate and settlement software (Qualia, RamQuest, ResWare preferred).
• Two years of education and training experience (public speaking or leading real estate closings).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, software-focused training sessions during onboarding and beyond.
• Assist users with knowledge of software functionality to improve workflows.
• Lead training sessions across varying user levels as a subject matter expert.
• Facilitate effective virtual training sessions using webinar platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the software platform.
• Evaluate workflows and suggest software enhancements.
• Maintain dependable attendance including after-hours events and travel as needed.
• Travel within state and out of state, including overnight stays.
