• Processing all PA and NY DMV work, ensuring we are compliant with all regulations.
• Dealer Trades - completion of paperwork, writing of check, and helping the drivers as needed.
• Flooring all available units daily.
• Posting all wholesale deals in accounting.
• Submit and monitor follow through and collect all contracts and deal cash.
• Purchasing new and used vehicle.
• Lien payoff on all trade-ins.
• Daily cash up.
• Maintain all DMV logs required by the state.
• Daily breakdown of deals.
• Updating the DOC daily.
• Additional tasks as needed.

This position plays a key role in the success of our dealerships and will support two of the area's leading automotive brands, Williams Ford of Sayre and Williams Subaru of Sayre. The selected candidate will divide their time between both locations and be responsible for title and registration processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the sales process.
