Job summary

Kerry Automotive Group in Florence, KY is seeking a detail‑oriented Title Clerk to handle state registrations, DMV paperwork, and dealer titles. You will process documents, maintain MSOs, and support title work for sold vehicles while delivering strong customer service in a busy dealership.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Process documents for state registration and proper paperwork; ensure tax and title docs are completed.
• Process registrations for pre-owned vehicles and back up for new vehicles; obtain dealer titles.
• Send bills to agencies such as the DMV.
• Check for completeness and signatures on required forms.
• Maintain titles and MSOs for inventory.
• Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV; check in completed work.
• Data entry for ACH payments from court house.
• Answer phones, with overflow backup; issue tamp tags.

Responsibilities

• Process documents for state registration, follow the proper paperwork and ensure that tax and title documents are also completed.
• Process registrations for pre-owned vehicles and back up for new vehicles, all license plate issuing and transfers and obtain all dealer titles.
• Send bills to the appropriate agency, such as the department of motor vehicles.
• Check for completeness and signatures on all required parts of forms.
• Maintain titles and MSO's for inventory
• Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV, check in completed work from the DMV
• Data entry for ACH payments from court house.
• Answer phones, with overflow backup. Issue tamp tags.
