Stew Hansen Hyundai in Clive, IA, part of Ken Garff Automotive Group, seeks an Automotive Title Licensing Clerk who shares our values of respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork. Monday–Friday schedule and paid training support a strong start to a career in title processing.

You will prepare all DMV documents, handle registrations, verify funds and liens, perform quality checks, and ensure accurate title paperwork. A title clerk background and strong Office skills are required.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience in a title clerk position required.
• 2 or more years of clerical/administrative experience preferred.
• Must read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Prepare all legal documents for DMV transfer.
• Process new/used vehicle registrations for titling.
• Prepare tax and title documents for vehicles.
• Verify funds and lien holds before processing titles.
• Quality check documents for completeness.
• Billing out dealer trades; other duties as assigned.
