You will prepare all DMV documents, handle registrations, verify funds and liens, perform quality checks, and ensure accurate title paperwork. A title clerk background and strong Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a title clerk position required.
• 2 or more years of clerical/administrative experience preferred.
• Must read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all legal documents for DMV transfer.
• Process new/used vehicle registrations for titling.
• Prepare tax and title documents for vehicles.
• Verify funds and lien holds before processing titles.
• Quality check documents for completeness.
• Billing out dealer trades; other duties as assigned.
