Security 1st Title LLC in St. John, KS is seeking a Title Assistant to support the title team through the issuance of title insurance products.

You will work closely with Title Officers and staff to move orders from initial request to final distribution, handling documents and data entry with accuracy. This full-time, in-office role emphasizes attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active title insurance license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Pass a background check.
• 1–3 years of escrow/title experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing real estate contracts and researching real estate records.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and office software.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Liaise with customers, vendors, office staff, and partners.
• Assist with title processing and ensure compliance.
