Job summary

Security 1st Title LLC is seeking a Residential Escrow Assistant to support our escrow team in Marion, KS. You will review contracts, prepare closing documents, maintain file integrity, and assist with financial balancing to ensure a smooth closing experience for clients.

The role partners closely with Residential Escrow Officers in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. We offer paid training, a consistent 8am–5pm schedule, 11 holidays, generous PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active title insurance license or ability to obtain within the first six months of employment.
• 1–3 years of escrow, title, or related office experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience reviewing real estate contracts and preparing closing statements and documents.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and prepare closing documents.
• Maintain file integrity and document management.
• Assist with financial balancing across files.
• Support Escrow Officers to ensure smooth, on-time closings.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external partners.
