Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Title Analyst to join the Land Administration team in downtown Houston. The role supports leasing, operations, and production activities across domestic division offices by fielding land and royalty owner inquiries.

They will communicate calculations of net revenue interest, joint interest billing concerns, and title requirements for payment. Responsibilities include probate/heirship matters, voiding and reissuing rental checks, and handling suspended funds

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience analyzing leases, contracts, title opinions, deeds and other title documents.
• High School Degree required.
• Nice-to-have: prior field landman experience and experience handling high-volume owner inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Field land and royalty owner inquiries related to leases and title.
• Explain calculation of net revenue interest and joint interest billing concerns.
• Explain title requirements for payment and handle title-related conveyances.
• Address probate/heirship requirements and related records.
• Manage voiding/reissuing rental/royalty checks and suspended/escheatable funds.

This role supports leasing, operations, and production activities across domestic division offices by fielding land and royalty related owner inquires. They will communicate calculation of net revenue interest, joint interest billing concerns, explanation of title requirements for payment, interest conveyances, probate/heirship requirements, the voiding and reissue of rental/royalty checks, and the handling of suspended/escheatable funds.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience analyzing leases and contracts, title opinions, deeds, assignments, probate, and various title curative documents for the purpose of chaining or maintaining interest ownership records
• High School Degree

Nice-to-have:

• Prior work as a field landman
• Prior experience handling high volume communication with owners
