Job summary

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.
  • Must complete IC S 100 and IC S 700 within the first year of employment.
  • Must take specific courses within the first two years of employment including Introduction to Assessment and Basic Title Conveyance.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for a variety of duties, ranging from clerical to highly complex, relating to the research, organization and verification of property ownership, location, valuation and taxation data through deeds and other recorded documentation. Accurately and timely transfers title on all property sales and transactions not requiring a reconfiguration of land. Processes senior and veteran property tax exemption applications. Assists with assessment and appraisal projects. Provides accurate information and assistance to the public.

Pay Rate

The hourly range is from $23.03 to $26.23 depending on experience, plus full benefits. The County pays monthly on the last week day of the month.
