Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.
• Must complete IAS 100 and IAS 700 within the first year of employment.
• Complete specific courses within the first two years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Research, organize, and verify property ownership and taxation data.
• Transfer title on property sales and transactions.
• Process property tax exemption applications.
• Assist with assessment and appraisal projects.
• Provide information and assistance to the public.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree (preferable)
