Job summary

Under supervision, you will develop process formulations, analyze key measures, and lead improvements. The role requires a four-year engineering degree and 3+ years of engineering support experience with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in an Engineering discipline required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for a highly technical environment.
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and make decisions to manage workflow.
• Proficiency with MS Office products and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards.
• Lead analysis of key process measures and identify root causes with effective solutions.
• Propose and implement improvements, plan actions, and measure results.
• Support health, safety and environmental initiatives and regulatory compliance.
