You will advance process excellence by deploying live SPC visibility, analyzing data, and leading cross‑functional improvements in PAM and VAR titanium melting, with a Masters in a related engineering field and 7+ years in high‑performance metals.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Experience using SPC, control charts, process capability, correlation/regression, designed trials, and root-cause methods.
• Proven ability to analyze complex industrial processes and translate data into practical recommendations.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to shop-floor teams and senior leaders to drive action.

Responsabilidades

• Strengthen KCC and critical-variable definition by identifying process variables influencing stability, quality, yield, throughput, and equipment performance.
• Enable live digital SPC visibility with baselines, limits, capability measures, and real-time dashboards.
• Lead focused process analysis of historical and real-time data to identify improvements.
• Convert analysis into implemented improvements using statistical methods and cross-functional execution.
• Develop tools and approaches for SPC, process capability, KCC evaluation, and data-driven optimization; coach teams.
• Operate as a cross-functional technical resource, preserving ownership while providing advanced analytics support.
