• Develop scripts and tools to automate routine tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve issues within the TIRKS system.
• Maintain and optimize the system's database.
• Generate reports and analytics based on TIRKS data.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
