Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the TIRKS system, including configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT, partners, OEMs and network engineering teams to ensure seamless migration and integration of TIRKS with other operational support systems (OSS).
• Develop scripts and tools to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve issues within the TIRKS system and related environments.
• Maintain and optimize the system's database to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
• Generate reports and analytics based on TIRKS data for decision‑making and operational improvements.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide technical support to end-users and conduct training sessions as needed.
