Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC seeks a Systems Engineer to act as the TTO Lead and System Engineer on a mission-focused program. You will collaborate with software engineers to support analytics development and maintenance, operating within the Processing & Analytic Capabilities organization.

You will develop and finalize system engineering documentation, manage requirements, and coordinate cross-discipline activities across the lifecycle to ensure compliant, verifiable system designs.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline. Five (5) years additional SE experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of systems engineering documents (SE Plans, ICDs, Requirements specs).
• Manage system requirements and derived requirements for DoDAF/SOA architectures.
• Coordinate action items from CCB meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews.
• Participate in Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities.
• Allocate real-time process budgets and analyze stakeholder needs for system effectiveness.
