Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an IT Administrator to manage a large mission-critical network of servers hosting ATG software. You will deploy applications, run scripts, and configure security to support new versions of applications.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, backups, and data interfaces, plus proactive skill updates and independent work. A military/veteran-friendly employer offering comprehensive benefits and 401(k) matching is noted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three years progressive work experience in the field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Windows Server technologies and concepts (AD, DNS, IIS); PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with VMware technologies and virtualization concepts; clustering.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles and server hardware metrics.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/Red Hat).
• Ability to work independently to validate script completion and deploy applications.
• Willingness to travel on business as required.

Responsibilities

• Track performance metrics of all servers and CPUs/memory/disk usage.
• Ensure automated backups and data exchange interfaces complete successfully.
• Respond to monitoring notifications and address server issues.
• Complete projects within time estimates with minimal rework.
• Keep supervisor informed on project progress and findings.
• Seek information to update technical skills and business knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
