RNR Tire Express in Carencro, LA is seeking a Sales Representative to greet customers, answer questions and present tire and wheel packages. You will help customers select in-stock options, generate quotes, discuss payment plans, and ensure accurate pricing at the register.

You will also monitor inventory, maintain the showroom, and contribute to hitting sales goals through upselling, forecasting and strong customer service. Prior related experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, account executive, sales representative or account manager.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to plan and execute sales strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers daily in-store.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and tire/wheel packages.
• Assist customers in finding in-stock wheels and tires.
• Compile and present quotes for customers.
• Explain payment options and program details to customers.
• Process warranty claims and after-sales service.
• Make outbound calls to attract new or returning customers.
• Keep showroom clean and well-stocked.
