You will manage payments, display products attractively, and forecast sales while seeking ways to increase revenue and service quality. Prior experience in customer service or sales helps.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, account executive, sales representative, and account manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and tire packages.
• Assist customers in finding in-stock wheel and/or tire packages.
• Prepare and present quote sheets.
• Explain payment options and program details (referrals, warranty, SAC).
• Process warranty claims for customers.
• Place calls to draw in new or previous customers.
• Keep showroom floor stocked and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
