RNR Tire Express is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to engage customers, answer questions, and sell tires and wheels. You will manage payments, display products attractively, and help customers select packages while meeting sales goals.

The role emphasizes high customer service standards, ongoing product knowledge, and active participation in upselling and upselling inspired initiatives. A competitive base pay plus commissions and strong benefits are provided.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service, account executive, sales representative, and account manager.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strategic planning abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers at the store daily.
• Present products and packages to customers.
• Assist customers in finding in-stock wheel and/or tire packages.
• Prepare quotes for customers and explain options.
• Explain payment options and program details to customers.
• Process warranty claims and follow up on referrals.
• Make calls to attract new or former customers.
• Keep showroom stocked and maintain inventory tagging.
